Hi David,

Programs that take input datasets as the last command
line parameters (i.e. there is no -input option, for example)
must have all options come before those datasets.

Putting -2difMAD after the input dataset hides that option
from the program. Consider:

3dFWHMx -mask automask_DTIwhole_T2+tlrc -2difMAD \
    fdt_paths_FS_wm-lh-isthmuscingulate_whole_n2+tlrc
