I am relatively new to using AFNI and I am interested in running a resting-state mediation analysis
with my data. Specifically, I'm interested in assessing whether
behavioral variable B (can be continuous or dichotomous) mediates
the association between variable A (dichotomous) and connectivity
with my ROIs of interest. Is this something that AFNI can handle?
If possible, could you point me in the right direction for which
program is best suited to run this analysis?

Also, I am interested in comparing three groups' resting-state
connectivity with a specific seed region. It looks like I can
run this analysis with 3dttest++ if I only have 2 groups, but it's
unclear which program is best for 3 groups. 3dMEMA?
