Dear all,

I couldn't find an answer to this issue in past discussions, but it seems simple enough:

Is there a way to use a manually drawn surface roi (either in .dset or in .roi form) to extract stats about the ROI in the surface domain?

Specifics:
1. data are cortical thickness data exported from freesurfer as .gii
2. ROIs were drawn manually in each participant's space

I'd like to get the mean, stdev of all values per ROI, for each person.

Before converting to 1D and coding in R I'd like to know if there's a saner within-AFNI workflow.

Thanks,
Oori
