However, I encountered a new problem. Basically, I cannot obtain phase and amplitude images separately, there are only amplitude images for SWI. One of my considering is that the MRI sequence combined the phase and amplitude together, is that make sense? Another thing is, do you have any idea on processing SWI with only its amplitude images?
