Also, you can save maybe 20-30% of RAM by removing the option,
"-fitts fitts.subj12". That can be generated after 3dDeconvolve
has finished (from the input and the errts).

Since you seem to be using afni_proc.py, consider adding the
option -regress_compute_fitts to do so every time.
