AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Afniers,

I have been investigating and dealing with t-values of FA on AFNI. I am trying to thresholding t-statistics image in order to zero all voxels that are smaller than a particular t-value (in my case, t = 3.372 corresponding to p-value, 0.005). However, I have experienced a weird thing when I adjust vertical bar to threshold OverLay image. Even though I do not reach 3.372 and just reach 3.309 as a threshold, a region whose voxel is 3.981812 is removed. I don't understand this.

Has anyone expereinced this issue? Your help in this would be greatly appreciated in advance.

Thank you.
Jason Lee
