Hello,

I am looking to create two separate AFNI masks for the anterior and posterior portions of the insular cortex. Both freesurfer and Talairach atlases only include the entire Insula in their ROIs. My literature search has suggested that many researchers do this using manual tracings, but I was curious if anyone on this message board has a more automated way of dong this.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
