AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I tried with 10 runs from one session. Still I see the negative beta values but the no of voxels with negative beta values is alot lower than when I did the analysis across all runs i had.
Still, one thing not clear to me is when I just compute a t-score between baseline condition and motion present condition i get alot of voxels with positive t-scores especially in areas expected to respond to stimulus. But when i do the regression and look at beta values for presence of motion regressor there are way too many voxels with negative beta values. Is there something I am missing in the regressing part?
