Hi Aral,
The result from your commands should be the
mean.brain.corr+tlrc dataset, a volume that
shows average correlation.
Note that the 3dmaskave command in particular
should be updated to use unit.data+tlrc (see
my Aug 20 post, which was reflected in the 3
commands in the prior post). Though while
being accurate, using unit.data+tlrc should
not have a big effect on the result.
Do you have the mean.brain.corr+tlrc volume
dataset?
