Hi,
I'm using afni_proc.py. For a particular subject, when I inspect the alignment of the epi and the anatomical at the end of the preprocessing, the discrepancy is large. I've tried -big_move and -giant_move (although the epi and anatomical were acquired during the same session) but neither provide an improvement. Are there other options I can use with afni_proc.py to get a better alignment?

Thank you.
