The registration cost function is least squares
of the difference.

There is no anat/epi alignment associated with the
plugin, though in the time it takes to acquire one
run, one should be able to run align_epi_anat.py
to align the anat to the EPI base image. It is
probably not fast enough to be useful in the first
run.
