Hi, all- I'm trying to create ROIs based on functional activations by saving clusters w/ pressing "SaveMsk" on the cluster report, but I got the following error:

++ Writing mask dataset ./Clust_mask+tlrc.BRIK
*+ WARNING: Over-writing dataset ./Clust_mask+tlrc.HEAD
*** Datablock write error: Write error in brick file: Is disk full, or write_protected?
+ 3dclust -1Dformat -nosum -1dindex 0 -1tindex 1 -2thresh -3.98 3.98 -dxyz=1 -savemask Clust_mask 1.01 26 /IRCdata/CFP_Dep/CBgroup/GroupAnalysis/CBv2ttest.178.mask.clean+tlrc.HEAD

There shouldn't be any permissions issues, as I created everything in the directory within which I'm working.

I have a subject's normalized mprage as the underlay & results of the group t-test as overlay. Both are oriented RPI. Could orientation be the problem? &, if so, what would be the solution? I ask bc when I was earlier exploring "WamI," I got the following error in my terminal:

++ Running WamI command: [first 20 clusters]
+ /usr/local/afni/whereami -omask ./Clust_mask+tlrc.HEAD
** Can't read ANY data from file './Clust_mask+tlrc.HEAD'
** Error: Failed to open mask set ./Clust_mask+tlrc.HEAD.

& this pop-up at the cluster report:

++ Input coordinates orientation set by default rules to RAI

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks, -Robie
