Is there an AFNI function that can apply a certain threshold (e.g. p = 0.01, uncorrected) to a statistical image and then report the number of voxels in each cluster that survives the voxel threshold? If I run 3dClustSim, I want to compare the estimated threshold to my statistical map, to see if there is a significant cluster. I know that this can be performed by using 3drefit and then looking at the dataset in the GUI, but I need an automated way since I will run many tests.
