I'm using afni_proc.py to run first level analysis and the @ss_review_driver to go through the results. The review looks at the registration between one fMRI volume and the anatomical volume, but it does not check the registration between the anatomical volume and the brain template (Talariach) ?

Should TT_N27+tlrc and anat_final.*+tlrc be aligned? How can I change the call to afni_proc.py if they don't align?
