Hi AFNI experts,
I am analyzing resting-state data, and I am looking for your feedback on how best to handle the polort option in 3dDeconvolve.
I am currently using 3dFourier to apply a bandpass filter (0.009 < f < 0.08) and then using the polort -1 option in 3dDeconvolve.

Based on the feedback in this help topic: http://afni.nimh.nih.gov/afni/community/board/read.php?1,84946,84976#msg-84976 I am concerned that I am not using the correct polort option.

The afni_restproc help file's only example has polort 0.

Is one of these options optimal for a resting-state analysis? How does polort 0 differ from polort -1? Does using a polort option with a bandpass filter remove too much signal?

Thank you for your help!
