Hello AFNI Experts,
I am wondering if there is a simple command to change the cluster number within a mask without having to go back and redraw or relabel the cluster number?
I created an FFA mask where I have the left and right FFAs with different cluster numbers (i.e., 2 & 3). Now I want to run analyses using them as a single bilateral cluster (i.e., 2&3 combined). Is there a way to relabel one of the clusters to be identical to the other cluster? Basically, I want the left and right FFA to be considered the same cluster number.
Or is there a way to select both of the cluster numbers when I run a command to extract the signal from the mask? For example, can I use "3dmaskave -mask FFA_localizer_mask+tlrc.'<2,3>' ..." to serve the same purpose?
Thanks,
Danny
