Good news, I updated Dimon with the last version as AFNI and used -sort_by_num_suffix when I started DIMON and now is everything working.
Just a note, sometimes during the scanning DIMON misses one or 2 slices. I think that is because sometimes some slices took more time to appear in the folder. I'm not using any timeout Probably I can correct this problem setting the timeout between volumes,...
