Hi,
I am also trying to convert .dcm anatomical (T1) files using Dimon and get the same 'no volume found...' error. The specific command I am using is:

Dimon -infile_prefix '4/DICOM/*.dcm' -gert_create_dataset -gert_outdir atlas -use_last_elem -save_details DETAILS.txt

As you may note, I followed rick reynolds' recommendations to add options -use_last_elem and -save_details, and have generated DETAILS text files. I am not sure how to proceed, however. I'm happy to share the DETAILS files, if that would be useful.

Any help is much appreciated!

Thanks,
Andrew
