HI All,

I was wondering if there was a command line tool (Bash) that would allow for me to input xyz coordinates in world form and get coordinates out in voxel format?

I am not sure what other info to include in this request but I would like to keep the images nifti format to perform this (because I have seen minc tools that allow me to do this) and I would like to perform this with out any interaction.
