Hi Ajay,
If the brain centers are far apart, maybe a
call to @Align_Centers would help. That
does not affect the data, but just shifts the
location specified in the .HEAD file. Since
EPI data often belongs higher with respect
to the anatomical data, perhaps -cm might
be useful.
