In the 3dTcat case, it should not be complaining
about an IMA file when the input is specified as
*.hdr. Just be careful with your command line.

For the Dimon command, it might just be that your
particular version has a bug that I introduced
when adding the ability to do real-time sorting
based on header information.

If "Dimon -ver" shows 4.X, but with X < 8, then
consider updating your binaries. If it is 3.X,
you should be okay.
