Hi Veda,

The exact files that you have is not clear. Your initial post stated
that files come as .IMG/.HDR, which looks like NIFTI, and does
not include .IMA.

Are you now suggesting that the files are all of the form *.IMA,
instead? If so, where did .HDR come from? If you are not sure,
please give us the output of an 'ls' command.

Please be sure of this as it makes a big difference.
