Hi AFNI helpers,

I made a ROI mask with hand drawing and then I want to know the peak voxel in my ROI to do some further manipulations. It seems that the cluster command can only generate the "natural" clusters without a mask. Are there any ways for me to find the coordinates of the peak voxel? And if I have several ROIs in a mask file, can I get the peak voxel in each of them?
