Thanks Peter. AFNI is in path, I just didn't know that whereami is an actual stand-alone module/program. Launched no problem
I see on-screen terminal it unpacked the individual structure values.
However, when I reopen AFNI for the Haskins-warped underlay, and right-click for whereami, AFNI GUI knows it's haskins, but when I go to "Atlas Colors" it still has Talairach daemon masks. When I click LOAD, and entered the Haskins atlas filename, nothing happened.
What steps do I take at this point to create (write to file) stand-alone amygdala masks in Haskins space, now that I launched your recommended command?
Thanks
Jim
