Hi Peter,

Please review the afni_proc.py help for
option -regress_censor_outliers. That is
not based on 3dvolreg (you are thinking
of -regress_censor_motion).

3dvolreg does not get partial volume
effects since it is a rigid body alignment.
That is why -regress_censor_outliers was
written.
