AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Thank you for your reply.
To see the image that I would like to see after saving the map, I should control threshold value in FSLview.
In AFNI, I used manual range, set the max value to 1 and set p-value to 0.5. I would like to see positive correlation, so I think the threshold value from 0 to 1.
However, it doesn't look like what I saw in AFNI. It doesn't seem to cut off. The only change when I change threshold value in FSLview is color.
How can I control threshold value so that I can see correlation map exactly same as the one in AFNI (after controlling threshold, clustering)?

Thank you.
