Hi AFNI gurus,
I've tried searching through the documentation and message board and can't seem to get a clear answer on the following:

I am attempting to look at age-related change in connectivity using a seed region, with age as a continuous variable as well as whether there is an interaction with gender.

Can 3dttest++ handle this analysis? If so, what is the appropriate way to enter my covariates and which subbricks should I be referencing for the interaction?
