After much delay, there is new documentation for AFNI - well SUMA and FATCAT mostly for now at this link:

Feedback and corrections welcome.
Of note are the quick tours for
surface,
tract, and
graph viewing, and Paul's
FATCAT notes.
Much of this help is generated automatically by the programs themselves so I hope that this would make it easy to keep the material current.
