AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hi all,

I have access to two versions of AFNI, one compiled 2/24/2014, and the other compiled 11/21/2014. When I run the following command with the Feb. 2014 version, everything seems to work fine:

> 3dinfo -prefix -nt Sub0043_Ses1_bld002_rest.nii.gz

and I get this output, as expected:

> Sub0043_Ses1_bld002_rest.nii.gz 124

However, when I run the same command with the Nov. 2014 version, I receive this output:

> NO-DSET NO-DSET

Similarly, afni_proc runs fine with the Feb. 2014 version, but fails with the Nov. 2014 version.
