Slightly different meaning computational truncation
errors would be fine, since the algorithms are quite
different. However they should boil down to the
exact same theoretical computation, and should be
close.

So how different are they? I have never actually
run 3dTcorrMap for that, since it would take so long.

Note that afni_proc.py is currently computing GCOR
by default, as well as computing a global correlation
volume (like your GBC image).
