Hello,
We are running a within-subjects, double-blind, 2 session (1 session drug, 1 session placebo) randomized fMRI study and cannot break the blind yet. However, we would like to see if there are any voxels that consistently produce levels of activation or deactivation that are significantly different from 0 difference in activation or deactivation across the 2 sessions (within-subject) and across all subjects. Is this possible to do in AFNI, and if so, how would I set up the model?
