Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

What is your TR? How many types of tasks other than the resting period?

So you want to estimate the response at every TR including the resting period? Without knowing many details, I'm not surprised that the program was unhappy about the situation. You may try removing the trend first by using 3dDetrend, and then run 3dDeconvolve with option -polort -1 and see if the situation improves.
