So there are 2 runs of data, right?

Since the gPPI regressors are in -stim_file
format (columns of numbers), those files
should be zero-padded to be 2 runs long.

For example, if there were 100 TRs per run,
then the run 1 regressors should have 100
varying values followed by 100 zeros, while
the run 2 regressors should have 100 zeros
followed by the varying values.

The seed regressor should be 2 runs of
varying values (200 lines).
