Dear friends,
Sorry, but I found it here (and also modified somethings). I am putting all this here in the hope that it may be useful to some:
[
afni.nimh.nih.gov]
Thus, I decided to copy Makefile.linux_openmp_64 to Makefile.
And then did a bunch of yum installs, specifically
sudo yum install libXp R tcsh
sudo yum install libXmu-devel
sudo yum install lesstif-devel
sudo yum install compat-gcc-34
sudo yum install expat-static
sudo yum install libXpm-devel
sudo yum install mesa-libGLw-devel mesa-libGLU-devel freeglut-devel-2.8.1-5.fc21.i686
then I went for
make
I had to make some changes with the Makefile, notably:
removed -V 34 from the gcc in the line CCOLD.
Brought in defintion for USE_LESSTIF:
ISE_LESSTIF=1
and pure dynamic linking (I am not sure if this is what I should do, but I did this anyway).
So, I get a compiled binary. What now? Is there an easy way to separate out the binary executables from the directory and move to ~/abin?
Many thanks and best wishes,
Ranjan
PS: Btw, there are a few warnings (Fedora's gcc implementation is very strict in checking) but I presume that they are not that serious because the programs have been used by lots of users.
