Hi there,
I would like to look at correlation between two types of analyses done on the same group subjects. Let's say I have 1 run with face perception and 1 run with pictures of houses. I want to see if the betas in the first run correlate with the betas in the second and I want it voxelwise.
My initial idea is to "trick" the 3dTcorrealte program creating two +tlrc datasets in which each subbrik is one subject... Are there better options? should this work?
