What do you mean by seeing the atlas coordinate? Do you mean the area's name based on some atlas? If yes, then which atlas do you have in mind?

Is this dataset from a group analysis performed on standard mesh surfaces? If that is the case then you can display the results on the corresponding standard meshes for the N27 surfaces that are available both in Talairach and in MNI space ( [afni.nimh.nih.gov] ). The archives for these surfaces contain surfaces, FreeSurfer parcellations and volumes in either TT or MNI space. You could use those volumes to perform whereami queries in AFNI.
