It looks like you are using old binaries (December 2013), I'd suggest you update them, you can use:

@update.afni.binaries -d

You might also want to try the OpenMP binaries:

@update.afni.binaries -package linux_openmp_64

I'm fairly certain the NIFTI bug which caused accidental interpretation to TLRC was squashed at some point in the last two years.
