Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hi Ranjan,

The scaling step scales each run of each voxel
time series to have a mean of 100. After that
one can talk in terms of percent change. Look
at the exact steps in the "scale" process block
of the proc script, basically:

1. compute mean (per run)
2. scaled data = input / mean * 100
