I planed to use afni to do quick calculation and analysis on the Bruker workstation without interfere with the acquisition too much. For example, I like to average 10 scans together. In current to3d, I have to generate 10 redundant BRIK files before I can start to average. It will be very handy to have a switch to turn off the output of BRIK in to3d.
