AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello afni experts,

I am working on changing the label of my mask which is currently a "1" to a "-1".

I am using the following command: 3dcalc -a /media/larson_buffalo/MRI7/KAward/Conditioning_From_Cluster/K_dti/${subject}/${subject}_DTI_Prep/L_CMA_Superficial_Exclusion_Mask_diff_final.nii -expr "-1*step(a)" -prefix /media/larson_buffalo/MRI7/KAward/Conditioning_From_Cluster/K_dti/${subject}/${subject}_DTI_Prep/LCMA_Superficial_Exclusion_Mask_diff_final_-1.nii

*For some reason, instead of seeing the mask with a -1 (OLay = -1 on the afni gui), the mask disappears.

I think it may be tied to this warning that I get when I ran the above 3dcalc command: Warning: sub-brick #0 has 549 negative values set =0 in conversion to bytes.

Thoughts?

Emily
