Hi
In real-time fMRI experiment, we want to send the output of SVM classifier to the stimulator as a feedback, but failed in making a connection between AFNI and stimulator through "TCP" and "serial".
3dsvm: Connection to SVM host established!
++  3dsvm: Ready for real-time testing!
Can't connect? tcp_connect[connect]: Connection refused
PO: plugout ManOfLaMancha has broken connection!
     : iochan_goodcheck: no longer alive
CB: 3dsvm: Distance to hyper-plane =  1.731
CB: 3dsvm: WARNING: Sending data to SVM host failed!
Socket gone bad? tcp_alivecheck[tcp_recv]:Connection reset by peer
[hhe@cluster realtime.demos]$ realtime_receiver.py -show_data yes -serial_port /dev/ttys) -tcp_port 53214
waiting for connection...

**HELLO string is not magic, want 0xabcdefab but have 0x3d302e32
**failed read magic_hi, closing and restaring...

In rt-test mode, how can I send the prediction for one TR data to the stimulator immediately?

Thanks, Yang Han
