I would like to run a 3 (within-subject task conditions) X 2 (between-subject Groups) ancova, including covariates (such as Age) with unbalanced groups. If I understand correctly: 3dttest only allows for one contrast between 2 groups, 3dAnova doesn't allow for covariates and requires equal groups, and 3dMEMA cannot do 3 within-subject levels. Can 3dReg Ana be used for both between and within-subjects conditions, or is the best option for this analysis to use 3dLME? According to the recommendations, 3dLME should be used with 3dREMLfit for single-subject processing, but I can only use 3ddeconvolve due to multiple task runs. I would appreciate any advice on which package should be used for my intended analysis.
