I don't know the details of your data structure, but this is the reason 3dMVM failed:

class
group 1 2
FSD 0 21
HV 32 0
URF 0 21

You don't have all the combinations available in the data. More specifically, each group is either one or the other class, but not both. So you cannot have a model like this:

-bsVars 'group*class' \

You may try the following model if it's meaningful to you:

-bsVars 'group+class' \
