AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

You can use an all-zero column in 3dREMLfit if you also use the option '-GOFORIT'

However, a simpler way might be to use the "semi-hidden" option '-matim' (which you can read about at this link):
Quote

-matim M = Read a standard .1D file as the matrix.
** N.B.: You can only use 'Col' as a name in GLTs
with these nonstandard matrix input methods.

The file 'M' would just be the regressors you want to remove (including any constants or polynomials). Each regressor would be stored in 1 column in the file.

For output, you would use '-Rerrts' option to get the residuals = difference between the input and the fit.
