AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi AFNI/SUMA users,

I overlaid my color-coded surface map onto the inflated hemispheres and displayed them in SUMA. I tried playing with the dimming factor ("dim" button in surface controller) a little bit so that the color and brightness could match with the colorbar I generated in MATLAB best. I was wondering whether I can customize the value via command line instead of surface controller (when dim factor = 0.5, the image was a bit dark and when dim factor = 0.6, the image was a bit bright, I'd like to try something like .55 or so). Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Best,
Xixi
