Hi Ana,

Just to be sure, I take this to mean that you are
not using afni_proc.py for your processing. Is that
correct?

The -automask option is inappropriate for an errts
dataset, since automask looks for a high-intensity
blob, and the errts dataset has zero mean everywhere.
But a mask is important, because you only want to
estimate the blur within the brain.

My guess is that you are simply not applying an
appropriate mask. The -detrend option is applied
by afni_proc.py, and blur estimates are computed
per run.

What is your exact command?
