Dear AFNI,

This is my first time analyzing event-related fMRI data in AFNI (though I have analyzed it many times in other packages).

I have an event-related design that occurs across two runs. In the first run, only one type of stimulus occurs (let's call this stimulus A) and in the second run, only a second type of stimulus occurs (let's call this stimulus B). If I use local times, my understanding is that each row of your onset files ought to pertain to a run. However, if I have no events for Stimulus A in run 2 and no events for Stimulus B in run 1, I'm not sure of how to indicate that. Is this possible using local times? Would I just leave a blank first row for Stimulus B's onset file? And only fill out a first row for Stimulus A's onset file?

Thanks,
Jen
