Our admin is on vacation for the week, so it'll have to wait till then to update, as I don't have the necessary file permissions (and don't want to install my own unless necessary). I'll let you know if this doesn't resolve the issue.
While I've got you, do you think you could answer a couple questions about 3dQwarp?:
This it the first time I've used non-linear warping. This seems like a big improvement from the standard affine transformation, but I assume there are caveats/common errors.
Are there any reasons/scenarios in particular for which 3dQwarp is NOT recommended?
Is there anything I need to do to make sure the data have warped properly beyond the standard eye-check?
