I would like to perform several statistical tests between 3 different groups of subjects. As input data, I am considering two options:
a) 3D volumes (e.g. seed-voxel correlation maps), and b) functional connectivity matrices generated with @ROI_corr_mat, which thus are available in BRIK and 1D. In some tests, I would also like to consider additional quantitative covariates (e.g. age).
Could 3dMEMA be the way to go even though the inputs don't have information about within-subject variability (i.e. they are correlation coefficient)?
Is there any demo script (or message board) for tests with 3 groups?
