Hi, Gang,
I see what you mean, actually I was looking for a command that allows us to do "ANOVA with repeated measures", rather than a regular ANOVA..... how do I specify the option for repeated measures in 3dANOVA3 or 3dMVM?

Also do you know why the results appeared different when I just switched the order of the data in each group in my example? Is that simply because I was not using the right type of data or does it actually mean different things?
